![]() ![]() First, you can go to any edge of the solar system to evade, and you can immediately re-enter if you wish. However you have 3 things working on your side. If the Reaper’s Alertness bar (lower right of solar system in HUD) fills up and the Reapers come, you will always run into them when returning to that solar system. Your only hope is to run and exit the system as quickly as possible. If you scan often enough they will enter the solar system you are in and chase you. These red arrows represent the direction and number of Reaper capital ships you are gaining the attention of. When you find something via your scan, you will be notified and you can move in to the specific area (planet or an area near a planet) but you will also see red arrows at the edge of the solar system you are in if there is nearby Reaper presence as noted on the galaxy map. Essentially you scan a local area of a solar system (you will see white rings representing the reach of your scan) and at the same time you will see how much attention you have drawn from the Reapers. The planet scanning mechanism in Mass Effect 3 is somewhat different than in Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 1. ![]()
